in elementary education. she was not sure what she would do after graduation. she went to a summer performing arts program for people with disabilities in maine. when we went to see christine's performance, i noticed a huge change. she was more confident and independent than i had ever seen before. christine's brothers are in the children's summer camp industry and knew that a similar program was needed in the philadelphia area. christine knew exactly what she wanted to do. in 2004, christine created acting without boundaries, a unique year-round theater program that provides an open forum for the creative and artistic expression for children, teenagers, and young adults with physical disabilities. despite their physical challenges, they all focused on their ability rather than their disability. christine loves the saying, "when life gives you lemons, make lemonade." the programs she's created have helped people and helped her know her mission in life. >> this is such a wonderful story. christine is here with her mom, choppy, and her brother, michael. so happy
